Shipping

Every parcel leaves Fullerton, California fully insured for what you paid, with a signature required at the other end. Shipping within the United States is free — it is built into the price rather than added at checkout.

How long it takes

Ships within 1 business day of cleared payment. For a card payment that means the next business day; for a wire it means the next business day after the funds land, which is usually same-day for a domestic wire sent before mid-morning Pacific and next-day after that.

Transit is one to three business days across the continental United States. Tracking is sent the moment the label is created, so you will normally have it before the parcel has physically left us.

Gold chains made to your size

A solid 14K chain is made in the width and length you pick, so it is the one thing we do not ship next day. Allow 3–5 business days for it to be made, then the same insured, signature-required shipping as everything else. Most orders arrive within a week, and tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

Carrier, insurance and signature

We ship by FedEx or UPS. Fully insured for the purchase price, signature required on delivery.

The signature requirement is not optional and we will not waive it, ask the carrier to leave a parcel, or ship to a hold-for-pickup location we have not agreed in advance. It is the single control that decides who is responsible if a parcel disappears off a porch, and waiving it moves that risk onto you for no gain.

We also cannot redirect a parcel once it is in transit. If the address you gave is wrong, tell us before it ships and we will fix it; after that the carrier's rules apply, not ours.

Where we ship

United States. Anywhere, free, insured, signature required.

Outside the United States. We do not ship watches internationally. Jewelry may be shipped internationally by prior arrangement, at the buyer's cost and risk, subject to the destination's import rules. Import duty and tax are the buyer's responsibility and are charged by your country, not by us.

We will not mark a shipment as a gift, understate its value, or describe jewelry as something else on a customs form. That is a request we get and the answer does not change: it is customs fraud, it voids the insurance that is protecting your money, and we are not doing it.

Local collection

Local collection in Orange County, California, by appointment. Bring photo identification matching the name on the order. Collection is often the right choice on a larger piece — you see it, weigh it, try it on, and only then does money move.

Packaging

Nothing we send is labelled as jewelry on the outside. The box is plain, the sender is the company name rather than anything descriptive, and the piece travels in a rigid box with a presentation case inside it. Discretion in a package this valuable is a security measure, not a flourish.

If a parcel arrives damaged

If the outer packaging is damaged, opened or resealed, photograph it before you open it and tell us the same day. That photograph is what turns a loss into a paid insurance claim rather than an argument. We handle the claim with the carrier ourselves — it is not your job to chase them.
