The form below reaches the same place and goes straight to the people who own the pieces. Tell us which listing you mean if it is about a specific one — or paste the link — and be as specific as you like. "How does the 42-gram Cuban actually sit on a 15-inch neck" is a better message than "more info please", and it gets a better answer.

We answer questions about weights and measurements, send additional photographs and video, quote insured shipping to your address, arrange wire instructions, and set up local collection in Orange County. We are also happy to say when a piece is not right for what you are describing.

About an order you have already placed

Use the same form and include the name the order was placed under. Orders ship ships within 1 business day of cleared payment, and tracking goes out when the label is created. If a parcel is late, in the wrong place, or arrives looking as though it has been opened, tell us before you sign for it if you can and immediately after if you cannot.

Starting a return

Message us within 3 days of delivery and say what differs from the description. We authorise the return and send an insured, prepaid label — you are not out of pocket for our mistake. Do not post anything back before we have authorised it, because an unannounced parcel travels uninsured. The full policy is on the returns page.

Why there is no phone number on this site

Because a number we cannot answer well is worse than no number. We are a two-person operation; the honest version is that a written enquiry gets a considered answer with photographs attached the same business day, and a phone line would get you a voicemail box. If a conversation is genuinely the right way to settle something — usually a large wire, or collecting in person — say so in your message and we will arrange a call at a time that suits you.
